Description Dynamic door slam is simulated with LSDYNA to check the endurance strength of the panels for given number of cycles. The door is tested for three UP, Mid & down glass positions. Subsequent iterations are carried out to fix the issues near low life area.

Description In FOPS test, the rigid object impacts on the cabin structure due to gravity. The objective of analysis is to minimize the deflection of top roof of cabin at the impact region of object & thus ensuring the operator’s safety.
Sequential non-Linear static analysis is carried out for ROPS test (Roll over protective structure) as per European standards to check any intrusion of part in operator’s safety clearance zone.
