Name of project:
“Manufacturing & Assembly of compound press tool for cylinder head packing”
Description:
The project describes the manufacturing procedure of compound press tool and assembly for production of cylinder head packing used in two- wheeler (specially motorcycle). This compound tool uses various sheet metal operations for the production of packing and the material used here is aluminum as, the heat tolerance of aluminum is high. This project gives idea of manufacturing techniques for the press tool and thus serve quite efficient and implying the theoretical knowledge gained during my engg. Studies
The project was done using CNC machines.
Completed the project on network scheduling of an industrial cement plant
