The Delhi High Court directed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to continue with the marks moderation policy this year. The policy awards grace marks to students for difficult questions.
However, the court during the hearing also made clear that it may choose to scrap the policy from next year. The last minute order by the High Court (HC) has brought relief to CBSE students as the results are unlikely to be declared today.
